I think about thinking a lot!
How I understand myself is that my beliefs influence my thoughts, my thoughts influence my actions, and my actions influence my attitude. These go from the subconscious to the conscious mind, then from the mind to the body. This helps me rationally approach negative emotions by trying to identify where in the chain I may be unbalanced.
